1. Ensure you are using the same phone number and Google account that was used to create the backup.
2. Ensure you have enough space on your device to restore the backup.
3. Check your internet connection. The restoration process requires a strong and stable internet connection.
4. Make sure you have Google Drive installed on your phone if you're using Android, and iCloud if you're using an iPhone.
5. Check if you have the latest version of וואצאפ. If not, update your app.
6. If the backup was created on a different type of phone (iPhone vs Android) you won't be able to restore it.
7. If none of these steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling וואצאפ. Please note that this will erase your chat history and delete any messages that are not backed up.
